Membership Information
Levels of Membership:
Individual Member Level - Individuals that have an interest in organ & tissue donor awareness. Sign up yourself, your family and your friends! Come Help Us Out!
Benefits: * A Vital Alliance Nametag for each members. * Voting Rights: One (1) vote per individual. * There is an Annual dues requirement of $10.00 for Individual Members.
Organizational Member Level- Institutions and organizations that have an interest in organ & tissue donor awareness. These organizations participate in Vital Alliance meetings, event planning. Organizational Members can and do, often support Vital Alliance as Sponsors. Help your community! Sign up your buisness, company or group.
Benefits: (where appropriate, at the discretion of the Vital Alliance Board of Directors) * Name and contact info on all Vital Alliance literature and published on the Vital Alliance Website. * Recognition for their contributions in event related literature. * Permission to hang a sponsor provided, self promoting banner and/or man a self promoting booth/table at the related event. * Up to five (5) Vital Alliance Nametags for particpating members. * Voting Rights: One (1) vote per organization. * There is an Annual dues requirement of $50.00 for Organizational Members.
Sponsor Level- Organizations, Groups, or Individuals who are not members, but show an interest in organ & tissue donor awareness. Support can be cash donations, donation-in-kind, or donation of services. Sponsors are one of the keys to our success!
Benefits: (where appropriate, at the discretion of the Vital Alliance Board of Directors) * Recognition for their contributions in event related literature * Permission to hang a sponsor provided, self promoting banner and/or man a self promoting booth/table at the related event * There is no dues requirement for Sponsors and they are without voting rights.
Associate Member Level - Organizations, groups, or individuals that show interest in organ & tissue donor awareness but, cannot attend scheduled meetings. * There is no dues requirement for Associates and they are without voting rights. But, we always need supporters!
